A LIFE SAVER
FIrst, this is a better made quality phone than others at five times the price.I can go out, confident that if my adult son collapses again, he can press just one big red button and it will ring 999, me and his brother automatically.I have added our house number and postcode, so if he can't speak the emergency services will know where to go.A great feature is that it goes to Hands Free mode automatically, so if he is unable to move he can still hear and speak without touching the phone. This is a carer's dream, and at such a good price.10 STARS and more.

Does the job
Gran found it better to use than her previous phone due to the bigger buttons, however when I set it up the sim card wouldn't work in slot one but instructions didn't help. Tried sim card in slot two and it instantly connected to the network.Docking station didn't come with the phone as advertised

Works well but some buttons don't work
Bought as present so was unaware buttons 2, 5 & 8 weren't working until after return period ended. Dial code for my area has a 2 & 8 so my aunt is upset as unable to use a lot of numbers. Possibly a manufacturing error but nightmare to use as a result

The unlock function renders it pretty useless for my mum
The phone seemed ok to start with, and the SOS function works well, but my mum can't use it for anything else because she has very poor eyesight and you have to select Unlock, then the * button before you can do anything. My mum can't see to do that so it's completely useless for anything other than calling me via the SOS button. There is nothing in the instructions to say if it can be permanently unlocked.
