My daughter is using this for volleyball practice. She likes that it self returning. She dislikes how the harness gets in the way Of her serves when her hand is striking the ball.

I purchased this for my 12 year old daughter so she could practice and not keep hitting her volleyball over the neighbors fence:) So far she/we are very pleased with it. So far it seems to be durable. She loves to be able to quickly strap it on and practice serving whenever she gets the chance. It is so quick and easy she can run out and put it on and get in a few serves when she only has five minutes. I highly recommend this equipment for any one who wants an easy and AFFORDABLE way to practice their volleyball skills. All in all it easily earned 5 stars from us.

Good product. Just wish it was tethered to the body a little different.

12 year old now has a consistent overland serve, so we're very happy with this simple, yet effective training aid. YES, it does come in unlabled pieces without instructions, but I let HER put it together, so that should tell you something about how easy/difficult it is to put together. One month of 100 serves a day and it's holding up - my daughter's game has definitely improved, even setting and passing. It's not perfect: the elastic band does get "twisted", after a few dozen hits she has to untangle it, like a old coiled phone cord... a little swivel might fix that. Overall I can't argue eith results, does what it's supposed to!

Don't write feedback for many products but just received this today and it's an instant with my kids. 11 year old girl loves it for practicing her serves (even in our reasonably compact living room) and the 8 year olds also had fun. The kids can strike the ball and it will come directly back to them after 1 bounce. I was worried about what it would feel like to strike the ball when in the sling but that's not a concern.Quality seems good and feels like the product will last. Easy to adjust belt to various size waists (even very small ones). Highly recommended.

Daughter is into volleyball. She is a great server already but this helps her practice without my help fetching volleyballs. Took her a little while to get the hang of catching the ball and not letting it hit her in the face.

I have a daughter entering High School Volleyball. She's been having a hard time with her overhand serves. WOW What a change in her serves! First time using it and she could judge the correct height of tossing the ball in the air! So nice not having to chase the ball especially when we live on a steep hill. My granddaughter is getting ready to try out for volleyball. We live in the country so she’s not close to other classmates. I thought this way she could practice alone. I wasn’t sure if she would like it or not, but she loves it. It was ez for her to put on herself and the ball. She can practice her serves this way as well as hitting over the net.
