Very good meter
Surpassed my expectations by a large margin.Very easy to use, thanks to the "smart" function, plus all functions easily accessible. Clear, concise screen, and simple operation make this meter a delight. Excellent value

Working fine and dose exactly what it's supposed to do. Happy with purchase.

£10
Bargain at £10 - I got 2 to for casual / ad hoc use when I need a quick measurement. One in kitchen draw one in lounge. Brill

Auto readings is a plus, Display brightness is not great though!
Comes in a cardboard package, and looks like a recycled one.The device is straightaway ready to use, as they have provided 3 AAA batteries. It is priced at £35.99 (at time of writing) which is a bit on the higher side.It does automatically figures out and provides details as to what we are looking for (most of the time). You can switch to manual mode too. There is a protective cover over the device to prevent any accidental shocks/damage. The brightness could have been an improved a bit, as its a bit harder to read in outside sun.

Basically unusable
This is a simple, cheap multimeter. It has a vastly oversized display screen filled with mostly useless data, like the current temperature, which is always on display, and a pointless graphic display for mode. That wouldn't be a problem if it made it easy to use...But it doesn't. This thing is a user interface nightmare. For example, it is either in "Smart" mode where it tries to work out for itself if you are measuring voltage or resistance, or you can manually put it into various modes. Which do not include voltage. Or resistance. So if you know you are only measuring resistances, you still have to wait for half a second at the start of each measurement while the meter works out whether it is seeing a voltage or a resistance before it will give a reading. It gets worse. The meter has a "hold" function, which is pretty standard. Only you cannot, as far as I can make out, turn this on in "smart" mode. So you cannot hold a voltage or resistance reading. The only thing you can hold is a current or capacitance reading.Even worse. Most meters require you to swap the probe to a different socket for current measurements, as these require a low resistance to be presented to the circuit under test, but use the same socket for voltage, resistance, capacitance, diode, continuity etc, as these all require a high resistance. But on this meter, one socket is used for voltage, resistance and frequency, and the other socket is used for current, capacitance and diode tests. So you need to pointlessly swap probes all the time. But to help you with this, the screen actually shows you an indication of which socket you need to be using - something which has never been needed on any other multimeter I have ever used, because they do not require you to swap probes unnecessarily...All I can assume is that this meter was designed by someone who had never actually used a multimeter in real life. Because if they had, they'd know that this thing is basically unusable. It's junk. Do not buy it if you value your sanity!

Great multimeter
The media could not be loaded. In addition to the test leads, the multimeter comes with three batteries that can be inserted in the back upon removing the silicone case and battery cover.I recently moved house and replaced most of the lights along with drilling many holes. As you can imagine this multimeter has been very handy.Considering that many of my walls are plasterboard, the NCV mode has been quite accurate and helpful in showing me where not to drill.Presented nicely, the multimeter comes with a case that zips up as well as a silicone cover. It has an easy to read large display, a LED flashlight on the back and seems quite robust. It's exactly what I needed and I'm very happy with it.
