Best instant coffee ever, I like it more than traditional brewed coffee, it’s fast and easy with a kettle, good for every day as well as camping and travel. I drink my coffee black so if it’s trash I’ll know it , and this is not trash at all.

One of the better nuanced flavor freeze dried instant coffees. ☕️ notes of cocoa 🍫 and cinnamon. Bolder flavor compared to the waka medium roast in the blue packaging. I still need to try the other Waka flavors, but in my household this is preferred over nescafe or folgers or Sanka.

This is my second purchase of this product (I chose the Papa blend as my dad made a doc there in the early eighties).From a baristas POV this was shockingly amazing. I love how versatile it is. And it lasts for so long! Such great quality- if you love good coffee but are not in the position to have an espresso machine- this is for you.

I loved the smooth flavor and the easy to use powder. It tastes as full and rich to me as freshly ground drip coffee. I bought it when our kitchen was being remodeled, but I'm going to stick with this brand from now on. Thanks :)

For starters, I drink coffee daily, so I have opinions. This is honestly pretty novel in my coffee experience. What I like is that it is QUICK to put together. There are plenty of times where I drink all my coffee and need an afternoon top off but don't want to brew a full batch. Couple scoops, add some water and BOOM coffee. I will say figuring out the amount of scoops is the hardest part. For iced coffee I use 16oz glasses, so I'm still figuring out my scoop to water ratio. Might be cool if they included a scoop considering the cost of the bag. Flavor wise, it's decent. I mean it's not a hot fresh cup, but for convenience, it's worth it. No grinds left in the bottom of the cup, everything dissolves well. Overall it's worth a shot in my opinion.

I have used instant coffee granules like this before and this a nice and fairly richly flavored version of the granule instant coffee. It is quick to prepare without any rules about the water needing to be super cold or hot. I found that the granules dissolved quickly and 2 tsp for around 8oz gave a nice strong flavor for me to wake me up in the morning.Two things worth noting is that I personally did not taste a lot flavor notes like cinnamon, but I think that it was enough that the coffee was not acidic or bitter...maybe lightly sweet. The other thing is that this comes in a large bag with many portions so that it is not single serve convenience portions. This is not an issue most of the time, but when I have traveled with large pouches like this in the past, I have accidentally contaminated my large pouches of coffee and had to throw out the remainder after the trip. It is not really a travel size bag. Maybe next time I will scoop out a portion into a small zip loc rather than traveling with this whole bag of coffee. Overall I like it!

This instant coffee from Waka is a very convenient option when you are looking for that afternoon caffeine boost but too lazy or pressed for time to boot up the coffee maker. I first tried this house roast black and found it slightly more bitter than i care for. Once I added some ice and oat milk that definitely mellowed out most of that bitterness; no additional sweetener needed. This won't replace my normal brew, but I'll gladly reach for this before a Nescafe.
