No instructions and looks so old and used.

Kinda confusing to put on at first, comes with a duel ended screw driver, which I've yet to find out why that is... but super cozy. Very slim, so it's not too bulky. Smells weird tho.

I ordered this for my husband, who is 6ft tall, and it is way too small. It must be meant for adolescent, which I wish I would’ve known prior to purchasing.

I like that once I figured out how to put this brace on it provided good support and helped with my uneven shoulders. I had to put some extra padding under my arm pit because it does dig in and is uncomfortable. Also it’s hard to wear this brace other than when I’m just home and not trying to do much.

So far I'm loving it.. I had to get some sticky foam to add to the top fir armpit comfort, bottom for sitting comfort and on the strap for your spine since its a small pad.. instruction suck yes but they have a video on here for that.. I can put it on myself its not to hard if you pay attention.. only thing how long per day do you where it.. as I wear it during the day not night. But how long to wear.. besides that I think its working :)
