Wonderful Plant Based Vit C. Double up when I'm sick and seems to boost my immunity. I would buy again.

How can I tell how much Vitamin C I actually get?
Trust what it tells me, I suppose. So far they seem fine, no complaints. Already recommended to a friend. Neither of us is keen on ascorbic acid made from? in?

Good product
I've ordered this 3 times for vit c. It works well. The size of the capsules have gotten smaller though and you have to take 2 pills to get the 1000 mg it used to be one so the product has been cut in half for the price which is kinda crap but that seems to be the norm for manufacturers anymore. I got this so I could just take one pill because I take 6 at a time but now I have to take 12 so I'll prolly be looking at other products to get the same results since I'm actually getting less product now. I guess it's good if you don't take alot though so to each his own.

Useless. Don't know what's in these capsules but it has minimal Vit C.
I took 2-4 of these per day for 4 weeks. I was actively trying to heal some severe puncture wounds from the barbs of a palm tree. The wounds were angry red around the margins and they never healed properly in all that time. One night I happened to take 1/4 teaspoon of vitamin C crystals. The next morning, the redness had markedly decreased, and in three days the wounds were almost completely healed. I have no idea the amount of Vit C in these capsules, but I suspect it is minimal, to non-existent. Waste of money and possibly harmful to people who think they are buying a good source of Vit C.
