Great product. I find that it does help with sleep and also calm my nerves. Great to take right before bed as well.

So far, I am extremely pleased with the MagEnhance Best Magnesium supplement. It contains 3 of the most bio-available forms of magnesium, including L-threonate, the only one that crosses the blood brain barrier and can directly affect your nervous system. I have chronic pain and sleep issues secondary to lupus, and have been supplementing my physician prescribed med regime with magnesium for years, but having done a bit of research, I found that the supplement I had been taking was probably not as effective for the reasons I was taking it. So I shopped around and found this one. It's very reasonably priced compared to other brands with similar high grade ingredients and I can't say enough good things about their customer service. I received my product quickly and shortly thereafter received an email from the company with tips on how to take the supplement, suggesting to build up the dosage slowly to avoid headaches or gastric discomfort, and a contact number in case I had further questions. I followed their suggestions and honestly even at low dose, I have slept better and have not had even a hint of a migraine. Unlike previous mg supplements I have taken, this one didn't give me diarrhea either. I had a mild stomach ache the first two nights I took it, but no other adverse effects. I am starting the full recommended dose tonight. I plan on ordering more and doubling the order so my husband can start taking it too. He also has chronic pain and insomnia as well as diabetic neuropathy. I am hoping this can help him. It certainly.can't hurt!

I have been taking this for almost a year. I only take 1 a day. I was taking it at night to help with sleep but have started taking it at lunch and feel like I still get some good sleep but helps calm the stress from the day.

I’ve been really happy with this magnesium supplement. It’s gentle on my stomach, easy to take, and I noticed a difference fairly quickly. So I ordered MagEnhance with high hopes, after thinking about it for 2 months. I have 3 main issues, my heart beats at a fast rhythm, I have trouble staying asleep due to my brain never being able to fully shut off, and sometimes the lack of sleep causes me to have restless leg syndrome. So I took 2 pills, I took it 1 day and stopped and took the other, the first time I took it alone, and I felt great, It was when i was trying to fix my sleep schedule, so I slept at 9 AM, even if it was the morning, it still made me sleepy, my heartbeats were much calmer and my restless leg syndrome disappeared. I woke up feeling SO REFRESHED AND HAPPY! Too happy though, felt like I was on a pill designed to make you happier, but then the next day I was just simply happy but not overwhelming happy. Although it didn’t make my sleep longer at all, it definitely felt like better quality sleep. The second time I took it, I took it with 2.5 mg of Melatonin. I woke up with a big headache, and the headache remained for 6 hours. I’m not sure if it’s MagEnhance or Melatonin that caused me the headache, or perhaps both. But it was worth it, because I went from waking up at 9 PM to FINALLY sleeping at 9 PM, like normal people. Fast-forward a week later, the effect of MagEnhance is gone, The pill effect lasted a full week, boosting my sleep, happiness, stopping racing thoughts, regulating my heartbeats. So now I know that this product truly works. I will take one tonight and possibly will start taking one every day now that I know it works, the only bumper is knowing that I probably will have to keep buying this product as long as I want a better life and if I were to stop, the issues would most likely come back. Who knows, maybe taking a full bottle would resolve the sleeping issue permanently like it did with my restless leg syndrome. I doubt it but I’m hopeful.

I've used this mg for several months, and like it very much. It has completely stopped my palpitations and has no intestinal side effects. Outside of the price, which is really high, the product is good. I will look for a less expensive mg soon.

this product came well packaged and came quickly. After taking it a few nights i do seem to have had better sleep. i am hopeful that as time goes on this product works better than single magnesium types i’ve tried that did not improve my sleep.
