High quality, gorgeous! I have a black cat and he looks like a pet got the red carpet. He gets every collar off but this one is thicker so it's still on him. I will buy again. Highly recommended.

It really is cute with the bell and all the bling, but I'm not sure I would consider it for small cats really unless it's because my cat is too small. It goes on her collar but it's so big it falls down to her waist like a belt. I'll give an update later on as to when she can fit in it because as for now it's a no. My only concern is that I've read many of the reviews before buying this item and they mention the rhinestones/diamonds falling out. Hoping that doesn't happen when she starts wearing it not only because it won't look the same but also because it can potentially be a safety hazard. (Number of stars given will likely fluctuate after results are received)
