Is this scent safe around pets

It is a very strong scent. However, I do not know if it is safe around pets since I do not have any. Maybe contact them?

How often should you change out the sticks for new ones? Should I do that every time I purchase more oil?

No ...I rotate them with every time I add more oil so the bottom of sticks that’s sitting in oil is now refreshingly fragrant on top . 💙💙💙

What size are the diffuser sticks? 12" by ? I ordered 3mm width and they were way to skinny.

I used diffuser sticks that came in set. also have used wooden diffuser sticks. can’t imagine and too skinny

Do you pour all the oil in at once?

yes you pour in all at once .. then once in a while invert fragrance sticks .. to refresh odor.. i love Inis ..such a refreshing scent
