I would caution against purchasing from someone who is shipping from China.

Absolutely NOT waterproof- as soon as they get wet they start to come off in flakes ( doesn’t smear tho ) I wish they had a waterproof version for the summer !

How is this when you cry does it smudge or run easily?

I have only used this product for a week, so I haven't had any trouble with smudging and I haven't been crying, so I did a test. I rubbed my eye with a dry finger, no smudge at all. I then rubbed my eye with a wet finger and it took 3 times before I saw any smudge and it was minimal. Hope this helps.

I use Latisse so they are pretty long already, will this make them even longer?

Absolutely! I use Latisse and this mascara and it looks like I have extensions!
