I have been using this salt ever since I got my first jar in Utah years ago and will probably continue forever, it is that good. Unlike typical table salt, this has a slight mineral taste and actually has natural nutrients. Plus, it doesn't absorb moisture like average salt, I never have to add rice to the shaker!

Best for dough making and table salt. Bake with it or shake it. It is good. It stores well and lasts longer. It tastes like salt, so it is salt.

Redmond Real Salt has proven to be a great ingredient for my meals. I can trust that my sodium content is lower in my food but still flavorful. The consistency of the salt is more for sprinkling as it is already a fine grain.

Excellent way to get your sodium and other electrolytes. I usually dissolve a quarter teaspoon in a cup of spring water and drink it down before I drink about 20 to 24 oz of water to wake up my liver and kidneys. Great for cooking and it's way better processed table salt. There's many other ways to get your iodine in your diet then table salt.
