Are these hard plastic?

Is the material soft malleable plastic or hard plastic good for serving wine and alcohol?

We used them for wine and kids dirt (pudding) desert.

Can be use them for margaritas ?

These are quite weak and the plastic quite thin. I was disappointed.

Do they have a number 6 on the bottom for recycling?

These cups DON NOT have a #6 recycling code on them. This is a #1! I only ordered them because someone put the wrong information on here.
