When the instructions arrived in post, they were clear enough to follow, but Microsoft have changed their Website and hyperlinks to get the licence registered or redeemed. After a bit of searching the Microsoft site, I eventually found the method for redeeming a licence which must be redeemed against a Microsoft account. So if you dont have one, you'll have to initially create a Microsoft free email account for the licence to be registered against this etc. But no big issue.What was initially disappointing, was that the Microsoft Website reported the supplied Office 1-PC lifetime licence key, had already been redeemed by another user. However after screen capturing this from the Microsoft Website, I emailed the seller and provided the negative screen capture refusing the supplied licence. The seller got back to me pretty sharply and apologised and immediately supplied a new licence key, which thankfully was accepted by the Microsoft Website and at present the Office 2021 licence is active on my main Laptop 💻 device. I hope this continues as it is meant to be bla lifetime licence, so fingers crossed.Appears to be a genuine seller, who quickly rectified the initial issues with the 1st supplied licence and provided an alternative licence key that was then duly accepted and activated by Microsoft. Suggest the user instructions are updated to take account of Microsoft's revised Website redemption process. I was able to navigate and search to redeem the licence with a bot of effort, but this may be more difficult for those whom are not as computer savvy etc.Even with the above basic issues, if the supplied Office 2021 licence remains activated for the lifetime of the product, it is still a bargain at the price sold by this seller.

The letter with the product installation key arrived in the post on third day after ordering.Easy to install. Essential to remove any previous installations of Microsoft Office from your computer and restart computer following any removals. It requires a little patience, as downloading can take about 30 mins if your internet happens to be slow. I was using my mobile phone data as a hotspot for my laptop the day I installed the product. It worked fine. 40 mins later, I had downloaded Microsoft Office 2021, clicked on Word and Microsoft instantly asked me to enter product key (provided in the installation instructions letter). After entering the product key I was up and running. Brilliant thank you.

This was purchased to add to my son's new laptop that he got to start at university. I was keen to avoid the Office 365 subscription model or paying full price from an official MS store. After making the purchase online I received a letter after two days providing me with instructions and a Product Key. Installation was straight-forward, although it's important to follow the instructions and fully uninstall any pre-loaded Office 365 or old versions of MS Office from the laptop/PC on which it's being installed. Additionally, this Office 2021 can only be installed on Windows 10 and later versions. It seemed to load up fine with no problems, the software is now installed and linked to my son's MS account. It seems like totally legitimate genuine software at a very low price.In the last few years I've bought several versions of Office and Windows from various different Amazon traders and never experienced any problems with counterfeit software or stuff that won't update. Based on my own experience, it seems like a low risk way of purchasing legitimate software at a very good price, so highly recommended.

The instructions were clearly written. I tried installing it per the instructions initially but failed. However, when I contacted the supplier they resolved the issue quickly. Now the product works perfectly.They are very polite and customer oriented.

Inexpensive way to acquire Office 2021. Instructions for downloading and installing a disc image from the Microsoft website were clear and I had no problems getting the Office suite up and running with the product key provided. Very pleased with this purchase.

What you gets is a piece of paper with the office key on it and how to instructions although i didn't need them it's nice that there is a how to for those that do it contains instructions on on how/where to download the office program and how to register it. All very simple to do and at a reasonable price.

Before ordering this software I read many reviews and I was a bit nervous and wasn’t sure if they were genuine or fake. But I still placed the order and an envelope arrived within three days with software keys and installation instructions.The instructions on an A4 sheet was quite clear to me.It might be little difficult for someone to follow the instructions if you do not have any computer or software knowledge.For example you have to uninstall previous office installations. My computer had office 365 which I had to uninstall and then reboot.You will have to login to your Microsoft account if you have one otherwise you will have to create one and then login.Please read the instructions supplied more than once and make sure you are happy with what you’re doing.It’s very easy to follow the instructions and if you have done all the steps correctly then you will have no problem.It took me around 45 minutes to complete the installation and I have the software I wanted.Later in the day Microsoft sent me an email confirming the office installation.
