Great baking and prep trays
I have time in my mornings, but never have much time by the end of the day so after I make our breakfasts in the morning, I get a head start and prep as much as I can for dinner. I bought 3 of these to use as prep trays and they are just great for that. There are 2 (sometimes 3) in our household and these trays are a great size for that volume. Most of the time, I use these for vegetable prep, but I also use them for my proteins. Proteins can sit in seasonings or marinades, or just rest after being cleaned or cut. What's nice about using it for proteins, is that if roasting or baking, I don't even have to transfer to (and dirty) another pan. The pan can go straight from the refrigerator right into the oven. These are thick enough that they conduct and retain heat and do not warp at all.I also like that the edges of these are rolled and don't flare out. What this means is that they stack very well and are very space efficient. I looked at several other pans of the same size that have flared handholds on the sides. Though convenient, these flared handles take up space in the refrigerator and make them a little more cumbersome to store.I haven't thrown these into the dishwasher (I understand they discolor in the dishwasher), but a few minutes of soaking makes quick work of anything baked on. Slight scratches have appeared, but nothing that's more than aesthetic.

I use these daily!
I have never been more happy with a kitchen purchase! These smaller sized pans are SO versatile and easy to use/clean. The best part is the metal grate has no play whatsoever! Nice to finally be using a quality products that doesn’t warp upon first contact with temps over 100°. I’ve bought more since and will continue to use daily.

Phenomenal Toaster Oven Pan
This is a fantastic pan for a toaster oven. It is the perfect size for my Calphalon oven, and the included rack is very nice.It cleans easily, and still looks brand new after a month of moderate use.I wish the rack was safe above 450 degrees, but that's a minor complaint. This is MUCH better than the Cuisinart pan I used previously. Highly recommended, especially for the reasonable price.

Improvised airfryer
These work well for improvising air fryer effect in large convection toaster ovens. The grid elevates food into airflow crisping breading and reducing need to flip food while cooking. These have gotten a bit lighter (225g) vs (430g) but they are still plenty heavy compared to the flimsies that come with many large toaster ovens. These pans are 12x9 so not a great match to cover with regular sized (10.75" foil). There aren't many quality 10x9 pans which are otherwise perfect size for covering with foil, heating 1-2 servings in toaster oven.Pros- Heavy enough to distribute heat and cook evenly. Meat splatters less than a thin pan.- Fits large convection toaster ovens and converts to air fryerCons- Not exact match to cover with either regular or wide foil without a lot of overlap/waste

Love the 1/4 sheet pan size!
Nordicware is always a hit. I love the size of these quarter sheets. Perfect for when I'm cooking for just two of us. We are also have 2 gluten free family members, so it makes it easy for me to keep the GF food separate from the rest. I am very happy with the wire racks, they fit perfectly, have silicone feet to protect the tray underneath and can be used with the half sheet baker as well (both racks fit in the half sheet). Nordicware is a goto brand for me,I know it will last me longer than I want it to.

Mak'n Bacon
Purchased this combo with the sole intention of making bacon in the oven (cold start). Both the pan and wire rack clean easily, and overall, they both feel really durable.

Reasonably sturdy, dual use rack, all the downsides of aluminum
The quarter sheet pan is the correct size (my silpats fit perfectly) and doesn't warp even under the broiler. The rack is good for baking up to 450F or can be used as a cooling rack.I bought two sets and they're both annoying to clean, it's just the nature of aluminum. The pans pit and discolor if you soak them or put them in the dishwasher, which will make them hold food even more, and potentially leach and discolor/add metallic flavor to what you cook. I only use dish soap and a nylon brush on mine and they're already discolored and dull after weekly use over a few months. The non-stick coating on the racks is more tolerant to soaking which makes them a bit easier to clean, but it will not hold up in the dishwasher. You pretty much have two options with aluminum: always use parchment/silpats, or season the pan with oil like cast iron (I've seasoned my aluminum half sheets and they work better). Seasoning looks ugly, but food browns and releases better, and a good seasoning is acid-resistant so you won't get leaching from roasting tomatoes or citrus. The aluminum isn't heavy enough to hold much heat, so you can't flip it over and bake bread/pizza on it like a stone, and it won't act as a heat sink either.
