does this include dvds in picture?

Thanks for the question. The picture shows two round guides that are included with the Hand and Foot Treatment Kit. There are no DVDs included with the kit.

Deciding between buying her book or this kit.? What was your experience with the MELT Kit? How long are the dvd's?

Hmmm, the "kit" has a DVD maybe 40 mins long but very good at instructions. It also comes with a small placement "booklet" showing the places on the hands and feet to place the balls. I have the book from the library. It covers the whole body including hands and feet. I would find it difficult to do the treatments without the tools. My daughter has been using a tennis ball and a rolled up yoga mat but those aren't anywhere the same. I sprung for the book, roller and hand &foot treatment kit from Amazon for $89. I couldn't really afford it but she is doing it without the proper tools. Even if you think you can't afford it, that's the way I would go. If that's not possible I would get the hand and foot kit and watch the others on YouTube. Hope this helps you.

what are the 3 sizes (diameter) of the balls?

I don't know the sizes. two are soft and two are harder all about 2" diam. Two are marble size for rolling on the thumb pads. they did work for me.

Both of my large firm balls have cracked and are unusable. Can I order a replacement for just those 2 balls rather than spend another $50 on a kit?

Try writing to the company and telling them, they replaced mine that cracked
