These arrived at my house in the mailbox and were absolutely melted. It's been in the 90's most days here lately so understandably they would melt outside. I wasn't sure if they would be salvageable, but to my surprise by the next day, they had regained their original consistency. I have been having joint pain for quite a while and started taking Glucosamine a fews weeks prior to adding these to my daily regimen. I can absolutely tell a difference. The pain is not gone, but it's not as bad as it normally is. I'm only about 2 weeks into taking them though and hoping it continues to improve. Now the only other negative I've encountered is the color. Be prepared for your fingers, fingernails, tongue, and probably teeth to take on the color. The wrapper takes some work to open and almost inevitably gets on your skin or under your nails. I realized very quickly my teeth must be getting colored because my tongue definitely is! My toothbrush reflects the same color. It seems to wear off your skin and nails after a day or so. Scrubbing under my nails did not seem to help very much. It's almost impossible to brush the color off of your tongue. My teeth still seem pearly white as far as I can tell, but I use a whitening toothpaste so maybe that helps.

Taking these chewable bowl, turmeric is awesome. I advise take one a day because they're very high. Dose of turmeric, any inflammation or bacteria in your body? That's causing you issues where there is in your throat or a virus or in the lower parts of your body. Taking these will extremely heal your body. I strongly advise you to give these a try. But please remember taking more than one a day. It's not good too much, turmeric can cause upsetness to the body. But one a day You will notice no pain healing inflammation and feeling really good on a day-to-day bas. Your body will start healing.

My wife and I have both been taking these for several months, mainly hoping for some relief with ongoing leg and joint issues. The format is convenient, individually wrapped, easy to take, and much cleaner than typical gummies. The Fruit Splash flavor is actually pleasant and not overly sweet, and the soft chew texture is better than I expected. From a usability standpoint, they’ve done a nice job. As for results, it’s harder to say. We haven’t noticed a dramatic reduction in discomfort, at least not anything clearly measurable. That said, we understand supplements like turmeric can be more about long-term support than quick fixes, especially with absorption blends like this one. We’re sticking with it for now because we believe in the potential benefits, but based on our experience so far, it’s solid but not transformative.
