I received the iron today. The box looks like it was opened before. I was trying to used the product and it was broken. There is leakage from the base of the steam generator. The water tank was empty by half in 5 minutes. I was only trying to iron 1 T-shirt. I was using Philips steam iron for the last 6 years. This one is definitely broken. I have to return it. This is very upsetting.

Ho comprato questo ferro da stiro alla mia compagna facendole una sorpresa ed è rimasta molto soddisfatta. Ha un bel design, bei colori e come caratteristiche sulla carta sembra ottimo, con pressione di 7,5 bar e automatico in tutto. Prima di questo presi un rowenta sempre su Amazon con passate le 2000 recensioni e 4,5 stelle... Lo abbiamo mandato indietro perché dopo 2 utilizzi non spruzzava più vapore e in generale non Era un granché. Questo a detta della mia compagna è il miglior ferro che abbia mai provato, bello, maneggevole, leggero, potente e una gran comodità il fatto di non dover settare il tipo di tessuto da stirare, fa tutto lui! Anche lasciandolo appoggiato appositamente su una camicia non ha lasciato nessun segno! Riesce a togliere pieghe con un paio di passate, mentre con gli altri ferri testati finora doveva passare più e più volte senza arrivare a questo risultato spesso e volentieri! Che dire, se volete un ottimo ferro da stiro prendetelo senza pensarci.

Ha detta di mia moglie è veramente un ferro innovativo.. legge automaticamente il tipo di stoffa e regola il calore, molto leggero facilissimo da usare.. buona potenza di vapore, la piastra scivola benissimo veramente un buon prodotto con un prezzo adeguato
