This made such a nice personal gift. It is definitely a faux rock, but still looks nice.

I have ordered 2 of these before and love them. This time, however, the font is half the size and looks awkward. Why? I would like an answer. It looks strange. And the color is vastly different this time.

My reason for the 4 star rating, is the lettering was not a dark black. It's more of a light black, or even a brownish color. It's also not protected by any sealant to keep the lettering from fading over time, or getting worn off by the elements. I have mine at a base of a tree we just planted, so I sprayed it with 4 layers of clear coat to protect the lettering. Wish it would have come that way.

I bought two of these "stones" to go in my garden. They were both carried off by a squirrel (or maybe a raccoon?). I found one about 100 yards from my garden. The other has not yet been located and I assume is decorating a squirrel nest somewhere. This is just a word of caution. I will fill the one I recovered with cement and try it again.

I had this made for my husband...we both cried. So special. Well done. Just beautiful.

The “rock” is heavy but hollowed out. The letters look stenciled on, dull and smudged in places. I hope the letters don’t wash off at first rain. At least it won’t be blown away. I’m very disappointed in the lettering.
