A bit hard to figure out but it works
I'm a ham radio volunteer and work outdoor events many times a year. When I need to hear my radio in a noisy environment, using my HT's speaker consumes too much power and even the external microphone can be drowned out. At first, the earpiece was hard to configure until I figured out the mechanism. One has to slide the earpiece down to unlock it, rotate it to the right angle, and then push it back up to lock it in place. I had no complaints about the sound quality from the microphone which I clipped to my tactical vest.

Absolute garage
This earpiece is terrible. The fit is not good, falling out of both people's ears I've tried it on. There is very little adjustment. The plastic edges all have sharp ridges I had to file off.The audio quality is awful, both mic and earpiece. Testing with my digital radio, without the earpiece my audio is clear and crisp. With the earpiece it sounds like I'm shouting at someone down a barrel.Do not waste your money.
