Not sealed, not sure of used or new and that is not ok!. Returned..

No protective tape
There was no protective tape which should be there for hygiene reasons. The brush also looks like it has been used as the brush is completely black with no yellow as shown in the photo, therefore the brush has been dipped many times for it to be completely covered in mascara.

No hygiene seal on product!
There wasn’t a hygiene plastic seal on the product so I wonder if this is new or not! Not satisfactory really

Left specs in eye
First of all was no protective tape on mascara but I used it anyway and also it left black specs into my actual eye ball and I had to go to the opticians to get it removed as it indented my eye

Worst mascara ever
Over the years I have used hundreds of mascaras, never found such a terrible load of gunge as this. It was messy to use, the brush overloaded all the time, so I ended up with mascara everywhere & had to buy waterproof mascara remover to get rid of the mess. Definitely not clump free ! Getting the container cleaned of the mess round the top was equally difficult. I will never use Maybelline products again.
