Reliable
This is a good and reliable product. I've only used it occasionally and not for long drives since I purchased it to cool my phone while using Google Maps and Waze. I moved to Florida in August, 2023 and from 30 minutes into entering the state, my phone is prone to overheating and consequently not working as a GPS tool even 20 minutes into a drive from Point A to Point B. However, for those shorter drives, it has constantly worked well and has kept my phone cool and working. In fact, there usually is some small amount of moisture, water, that builds up on the back of your phone. This product has worked for me.

Keeps my phone from lagging when using video chat, AND it is QUIET!
I bought this because my iPhone has an overheating issue when I Facetime with my family. After chatting for 10 minutes the back of my phone (an old 8 plus) heats up and my video starts to lag on their end. I typically video chat while walking around the house, so I really needed a phone cooler that was **cordless**. This requirement narrowed down my choices to the Trilink and one other option that apparently had loose batteries, according to reviews. I decided to try out the Trilink because its battery seems much better attached than other competitors. When I received the unit, I connected the battery and it works BRILLIANTLY. Yes, the cooling function is smaller when on battery, but so is the noise level. Remember, these coolers run fans to cool the peizoelectric heat exchanger, and with a fan so close to the microphone it can get loud on the other end. However, the Trilink was very quiet when on battery so that to my family members, it just sounds like I'm running a fan in the background. Most importantly, my lag was GONE! My phone now doesn't slow down when I Facetime, and I can even multitask with the video in the background while I browse the web. My phone used to grind to a halt when I did that before using this cooler. But, there IS a caveat. I see that other users have left bad reviews that the cooler stopped working for them after a few uses. To be honest, that happened to me too. I don't know why, but with the battery fully charged (I even took off the shell and voltage-tested its 18650 battery at 4.08v) the cooler would turn on and then instantly turn off. I was pretty annoyed, but I thought maybe I could give the seller a chance before I review their product (they didn't have any at the time). The seller rep (I think it was Anny) was very responsive and immediately sent me a replacement, no questions asked. When I got the new cooler, I was a bit nervous because I really liked it when it worked. I connected it to my phone, turned it on, and turned on my timer to see how long it would last. 5 mins came and went, then 15, then 30, then a whole hour, and by that point I was stoked. I charged it and tried again the next day, and the cooler lasted about an hour and 15 min before shutting down! My phone went from about 30C down to 13C, with no lag or slowdown at all. So in the end, my first cooler did break, but the seller sent me a replacement one and it works exactly as I had wanted. Hopefully the first one I got was just part of a bad batch, but if you really need a cordless phone cooler, I would give this one a try.P.S. When I was corresponding with the seller, at no point did they EVER request a review from me. They just sent me a replacement, a follow up email on if it worked for me, and a final one thanking me for speaking to them. I'd say that this company actually cares about its customers. I'd recommend them.

Strong but Mighty
I am completely satisfied with this phone cooler. It cools quickly and powerfully with little noise. I use it for hot cycle exercise classes where the temperature averages around 125+ degrees Fahrenheit. The cooler protects my phone from overheating and powering down so I can still listen to music while exercising. I like that it uses rechargeable battery and is not wired. The one challenge is the battery stick is not secure on the cooler so it falls off and I have to use tape to stabilize it

Finally a Cooler That Really Works.
Kept the video recording on my Samsung S22 Ultra phone going continually for 30 minutes without the phone shutting down because of getting too hot. And this cooler has the really great ability to keep the phone operating for at least 30 minutes of continual video recording even when the air ambient temperature was 97 degrees Farenheit! That was impressive.

Pay more for higher quality
This is the best fan so far. Tried 2 other cheap under $20 mobile fans from Amazon. Their clips keep falling apart.Pros:The battery is a plus as it eliminates the need for 2 chargers or 2 cords. The higher price is worth it, the clips are sturdier and the fan comes with a battery for the ultimate cordless mobile fan. The cooling works really good too. If the fan was left "on" and not attached to the phone, it would get so cold that there would be condensation on the flat side.2 cons. When the fan is unplugged, the fan speed on not as powerful as when plugged into the wall. Battery lasts about 2hrs. 2nd con is that it is hard to tell when the fan battery is charging or not charging. Itll take a min or 2 to locate the red charging light. good luck.
