these tablets start to break up as soon as you put them in your mouth. You bearly have time to take a sip of water to help swallow them. Then they break down half way down your throat so you can taste the salt.Also, they do not have the amount of sodium, potassium or magnesium on the packet which is pretty bad if you are trying to get the right quantities.I am sending these back.

Exactly what I needed as a runner. Electrolytes without sugary flavours. Tastes like salt. I love salt. Not for people that still think artificial sweeteners in food supplements, or in general, are 'healthier' than sugar. Five stars and I will subscribe for this product when I'll finish this bag.

I thought I would try this as it contains a lower % of potassium than other brands. I only took 1 tablet. It gave me THE most awful reflux/acidity due to the v.high salt content & caused my heart to beat faster at night, due to the amount of salt making my blood thicker therefore my heart having to work harder. My complexion turned reddish & my eyes looked v.tired all of a sudden. I immediately took some of my husband's occasional use slippery elm which appears to be re-setting the alkaline balance in my stomach due to it's calming features.

I needed extra salt to ward off cramp in my legs & it worked well.
