This was great for fitting my bosch and converting it to fit makita . I used it for my makita radio it works but the battery and adapter are bigger than a normal makita battery and can't shut the radio properlyApart from that it does what is saysAlso having the USB port mean you can charge a phone if needed.Good but not 5 stars due to the size diffidence .

I leave this permanently on my edge trimmer, so I can use it with my Pro-series 4Ah 18V battery pack. It does add minimum height to the battery-box and it is easy to remove the pro-battery. Allows me to just have one type of batteries for all my tools and part with the consumer-green battery and charger.Does exactly what it promises to do and works as expected (actually, it works better than what I expected). Would buy this adapter again.

Mistakenly thought the BOSCH PROFESSIONAL Batteries would fit all BOSCH power tools so on purchasing a green drill discovered my error. This item saved the day and allows me to use both types of batteries.

Seam to be just what you want if you have lots of different battery systems for older tools

Won't clamp onto a sander or saw way to wide

A little pricey, but works

Very good adaptor for makita to bosch battery connection.
