Fantastic for recovery

Was slightly allergic at start, but it’s fine to use now. It’s honestly excellent, perfect for me atm who’s deep in a marathon training block. It’s only not 5* cos it’s quite expensive and goes within a month.

Used this once and it works (?). There is a nice smell as it has lemongrass. The roller rolls well. It’s not super quick to absorb into my skin but it didn’t take that long either so I don’t really have to use my hands to rub it in. I didn’t feel any freezing effect tho as the name suggests BUT not long after that it just works (?), no cramps and less tense on my calf. So, I guess it works regardless freezing effect or not and I look forward to use it again. Very nice packaging too - I mean it is ££££ for what it is but I’ve seen a lot of gym people raving about it.

Injury prone? On the wrong side of 30? Or just nursing a sore spot? I wouldn’t look much further than this.It’s a miracle cure in a roll on.

Is it in my mind or does it really work. I don’t care as whatever the answer it does the job 🤣

Great product Really helps with long runs

When I first took the lid off, there was quite a bit of liquid sat around the top of it, which I wiped away with my hand. It's got a white tinge to it, but this disappears when rubbed in. The scent is okay and gentle. I get the mint coming through and I'm sure a touch of the lemongrass. The roller ball works well and I can get a thin layer on my skin. However, the instructions state to rub it in afterwards and that defeats the point. Even so, I did and it does rub in well. There have been a couple of occasions where I was too tired to wash my hands afterwards and so I just left it sitting on my skin.Although this is called a 'freeze roll on', there is nothing cold about it. I expected, after application, for the area to be cooled dramatically, but I don't get anything. Before starting this, I had pain on/around my spine area, which would get worse from lying in bed. I applied this three times a day, as that was the maximum. Honestly, I'm not sure if it's worked or not. It feels a little bit better, and during the day, I have less pain than when I get up, but this could be because I'm naturally moving about. It's not made a massive difference, but I'll keep going with it for now.
