Little bit heavy, great battery life!
I bought this for my mother; she wanted to still be able to 'walk' around the neighborhood and wasn't able to do so with her walker. She loves this mobility scooter. It has front and back lights and a horn, it can be pretty speedy when necessary. We've driven it approximately 4 miles and it's only 1 'dot' down out of 10 battery life indicator dots. It's a bit heavy - her aide isn't able to lift it into the car so we bought a used Harmar mobility lift for the car and it works perfectly.

This scooter is very reliable and easy to use--but watch what you use it for
I bought this scooter in the spring. I am not disabled, but after major knee surgery I did not feel steady walking across my very uneven lawn pulling a 150-foot hose to reach new landscaping every day. I thought I could use it as a lawn tractor, and it works. But if I had it to do again, I would buy one with the two front wheels farther apart. There are situations where it doesn't feel as stable as I would like. If you have slight hills, even small ones, you have to go straight up and down. Going crossways risks the thing turning over. That's really my only complaint. Assembling isn't difficult, but it helps if there are two people doing the assembly. I don't know about ease of folding because it goes from my garage, around my half-acre lot, and back to the garage. The battery charges overnight. I bought this in the spring, and I have yet to need to recharge the battery. There is a very clear LED gauge to let you know when it's time. I recommend this little guy with the aforementioned safety caution.

Nice Scooter
This scooter is pretty nice. We had an issue with it arriving with a broken piece. We contacted METRO Mobility and they sent us a new one right out. We have not heard anything from the 3rd party sellers. So, I cannot speak on their customer service. But, METRO has been awesome. My Husband and I have taken my scooter to the park and on an evening walk. I love it! However, you can feel all the bumps and cracks in the sidewalk. So, if you have back problems, this may not be the best choice fir you. Also, I am only 5'2" and there's not a lot of leg room. I would not recommend this scooter for tall people. Otherwise, it is a blessing to have.

Easy to use
My gf had surgery so she needs an electric scooter. You can turn the back up noise off too. Comes with a key to turn it on/off and it is portable but we haven't taken it out of the house for a spin. The seat does swivel too. A bit expensive but necessary for her.
