HERBS DE PROVENCE, The perfect French Herb mixture

I purchased this spice (herb) when I was in France and used it faithfully in my dishes. I loved it and when it was gone I bought supermarket brands. The flavor that I originally loved just wasn’t there. I am so happy that I ordered your product because the fresh flavor that I loved is there in your package !!

This is exactly what I wanted. It is not cheap/ounce but it is fresh dried herbs that taste great. Lavender is listed as ingredient but I am assured it is not included.

Bought to use as a flavoring for homemade soft cheese

I was very surprised that this product was intended for cheese makers! Your ad should make this clearer. Nonetheless it worked just fine (under the skin) of my barbecued (on a spit) Cornish hens and a chicken.

I tried to locate these spices in my local stores but could not. I made a "Tortilla Espanola ala Michelle" recipe that required this.This herb mixture smells super fresh and tastes wonderful too. Besides this recipe, I can use it on fish, in soups, etc. It is expensive but worth the purchase.Herbs de Provence is a mixture of the individual spices of thyme, marjoram, savory, rosemary, basil, sage, and lavender.

I like the herbs especially with the lavender, really great in many dishes. Love the large quantity and good value.
