Even at the lowest setting this clock is very bright. I use it in a bathroom as a nightlight but would find it too bright for a bedroom clock. The numerals are large and it is easy to operate and set. Plugged in it operates full time. On battery power it shuts off until the button is pushed. Easy to use and easy to see.

Good display, price and size but it continually runs fast. I read other reviews with this same problem. There isn't any solution other than tossing it in the trash and find a clock that keeps correct time.

This is the exact clock I needed. Light is bright so I can see the time across the room. It can be plugged in when batteries are dead. Best clock and perfect for living room!

I bought this clock for a cruise my husband and I went on. The cabins don’t have a clock and it is good to know what time it is. Especially at night if I wake up and don’t want to worry about locating my phone. When it came I was very excited as it was small, compact and lightweight. Everything I had wanted in a travel clock. The option of using batteries or plugging it in was awesome too. But when it came down to it this clock was SO BRIGHT that it light up the entire room, almost as much as the overhead light did! I had to wrap it in a folded pillow case to dim the light enough to not wake me up while I slept but still allowing me to see the glowing numbers. If only this had a dimming switch it would of been perfect! I will probably continue to use this clock since I know the pillow case trick now and it’s the perfect size for travel but I just wanted to warn anyone that had a hard time sleeping with lights on.

I liked a lot of the features on this clock: the large numbers, the ability to dim the brightness (and it is BRIGHT), the 2 alarms, the 24-time feature, and that it showed the temperature of the room. When on battery power it is supposed to turn off the screen, and it will turn on with motion or sound. It was perfect at night when I wanted it dark. HOWEVER after 2 weeks, it stopped turning off the screen. It was too bright for me to sleep at night, so I had to return it.

Purchased two of these have them for about 2-months. So far so good, no issues and the display is extremely bright which is great (also dimmable).

I slowly got over the brightness and flashing colon, but the clock has gotten faster and faster with age. Mine is off 7 mins after syncing with my phone at DST.I’m glad I didn’t purchase multiple, and will be replacing.

I like the size of the display, and it’s easy to read. But because I’m using the USB connection instead of batteries, I cannot change the brightness of the display and it is so bright that I think it could possibly be read from space! That’s a minor con for me, easily solved by applying small blackout strips.
