My husband swears by these, uses them at least three times a week.

So far I have not noticed improvement with nerve issues but my sleep quality seems much better. Have researched the toxin removal and it seems that is questionable but absorption of Tumeric & ginger is hopefully going to help.

Easy to use and good for detoxifying the feet

I know some say these foot detox pads are a gimmick, but I dont care i still believe that they help me sleep and I dont wake up with horrible back pain. They stay on very good, I have not had them fall off in the middle of the night. In fact, I have to take alcohol to get the sticky off from the tape.

I love these and wear them every night, I used to have very cold feet according to Chinese medicine that give me a sign of dampness in your body and these will help with that. I also find I’m sleeping better now. Great deal for its value and quality ingredients.

Wow what an absolute sham & garbage these are . All they do is leave a bunch of glue on the bottom of your feet that is near impossible to get off. Save your $10 & spend it elsewhere.

Stickiness, no smell, good and easy instructions

I get pain in my feet, using these patches seem to reduce this, I'm not sure how or why it helps but it works so all good

Works well, stays in place well. Very satisfied with this product.
