It's basically a sugar-free Oreo. What's not to like? It tastes 94% like a regular oreo.

The Product states that it doesn't include any added sugar. However, as a Type II diabetic, it's important to know that it will have carbs. Therefore, manage your sugar as such. The cookies do have surprising flavor, though.
