What is it made out of?

The body is made of steel and the arms are made of wood. Works good, i have it mounted to 1/2 wood paneling for stability.

Can the arms be replaced with standard wooden wing chun dummy arms? Or are these specially made arms for this half dummy?

The arms are wooden to begin with and constructed in the same manner as traditional arms along with wooden catch pins in the back.

One of my arms is defective. The plastic covering is peeling off.

Unfortunately I've recently experienced the same issue with all three arms. The paint covering appears to be shriveled towards the base of the arm.
