USED IT AS UNDERLAY ON CONCRETE FLOOR FOR LAMINATE FLOORING.LIKED THE FACT THAT IT WAS EASY TO HANDLE AND CUT TO SIZE.DIDN,T LIKE THE FACT THAT IT WAS VERY VERY FRAGILE AND BROKE EASILY ALTHOUGH DIDN,T CAUSEUS THAT MUCH GRIEF

Wow, we have a large kitchen with a concretefloor that was getting colder than the rest of the down stairs, used this 5mm xps insulation under the vinyl flooring and it's changed the room and whole house temperature, the kitchen stays warm now and no cold going out into other rooms, and the heating thermostat turns on less and the house doesn't feel cold even when the heating turns on. Might even beable to turn it down a bit. Highly recommended
