Midnight Magic: A Tarot Deck of Mushrooms

Absolutely beautiful tarot deck with fungi on a black background. The only thing is the size of the cards are quite large, I'm a small woman with EDS and arthritis and the card deck is impossible to hold in my hands and shuffle without half the deck falling down as my fingers just barely reach across the long side of the deck. If you have somewhat normal sized hands, I'm sure it will be fine but if you have small hands you might struggle to shuffle the deck. The artwork is phenomenal though so I don't regret my purchase.

The artwork is beautiful beyond words. The card stock is compact with a cardboard texture. I plan on using this deck however, being very gentle with it to limit wear. I see myself purchasing a backup once it's on sale. Besides the features, the deck interview was spot. It's very easy to read (especially for intuitive readings) and looks amazing in spreads. I'm very happy with my purchase. Update: The card stock may be like cardboard but, it's held up with no wear on edges after using it for 30 client readings so far. I purchased a second copy of this deck as a back up. The deck is really beautiful and to my surprise I have developed a strong bond with it. It has an earth mother energy with effortless translation (for me) It will be one of my staple decks and I will buy a 3rd back up when it's on sale. This is not a beginners deck but one for intensive intuitive training or an initiation deck.

The illustrations are fabulous. The book is informative. This deck gives a fascinating insight into the magical world of fungi. I collect tarot decks for the artwork and this is one of the stars of my collection. Beautifully produced and a joy to hold.

One of my favourite tarot decks of 2025. The cards are pleasant to shuffle and I love learning about the different types of mushrooms. Very unique yet practical deck.

Beautiful illustrations, solid strong box, nice size cards. Quality of cards is ok, thick card stock with a matt finish, but i can tell it will probably wear down with more use. Book quality is great, nice coloured pages and provides simple short explanations. I found it neat that they also provided a little tidbit about the mushrooms featured on the cards. One thing i didn't enjoy was the flimsy insert that kept the cards from sliding around in the box as the box was larger than the cards. Would have much preferred if the box and book was of the same size as the cards so they fitted perfectly in the box without the need for the flimsy cardboard insert that just keeps getting snagged when you try to remove or put away the cards. This was an impulse purchase, I wasn't looking for more tarot cards but somehow found these and am glad I did. Beautiful, unusual cards and I'm enjoying getting to know them, along with learning more about mushrooms! The card is quite thick and a bit stiff but with use they'll ease up a bit. The book has colour illustrations of each card along with instructions and interpretations. As I love unusual and quirky tarot decks I'm finding them delightful.

Bought as a gift for a friend who wanted to get into reading Tarot. A beautiful and well made deck that was very well received.

Absolutely stunning deck about mushrooms!!! Very nice little booklet with colour pictures and great information. The deck itself was bent a bit already in the box, cardstock is thin, ma, but great to hold and will give no problem shuffling. I am so happy a deck like this exists, it will match beautifully with herbal, nature themed decks for sure. The minor Arcana cards are framed with different colors per suit. Love how the booklet is written, compliments to the creators, this was released by a to me unknown publisher. Recommended!!!

As an avid tarot reader, this is one of my favorite decks. Not only is the artistry gorgeous, but there's brilliance in the selected mushrooms for each card and gives a new level of depth to the tarot. I have one deck for reading and one deck that I'm framing.
