I haven't used this brand before but my hubby told me to try it. I was using axe and sledge brand before. The flavor is really good I enjoy that. I have only used half a scoop when I worked out and I felt good. I'm going to try a full scoop next and update you. My leg workout was really great and I didn't have jitters or itchy skin using this product. Plenty of energy for the whole workout. No crash. Will update after I use the whole canister.

My husband uses this product to work out with every day and he says that it tastes wonderful and it doesn't give him the jitters. It gives him lots of energy and he doesn't have to use more than the recommended amount. So it is a very good value for your money.

Pros:Really works, especially for focus and stamina. Nice, clean, long lasting energy with minimal crash. Tastes good and doesnt clump. Doesnt feel like im poisoning myself.Cons:Not much for me in the way of pump. Always gives me the runs at some point in the day. Heartburn when taken on empty stomach. Expensive.

This flavor I was skeptical of because of the name, Miami Vice. I've had a flavor like that before in another brand ,it was horrible. I should have known with Alpha Lion, it has a great flavor and gives me my tingles I love to let me know it's kicking in. No jitters, No crash, just boosts of energy and definitely helps focus to get you ready for your workout!

Great pre for the money. I don’t know too much behind all of the ingredients, but after taking it my workout felt super good. Unlike other pre workouts I’ve tried (Bucked up, C4, regular energy drinks), I have not had any issues with a caffeine or sugar crash. I personally found the flavour a bit overpowering when used with the recommended amount of water (8-10oz), but when used with a tad bit more (16oz) it tasted great. Would recommend

Tasted pretty good, the pumps were not great, energy not great. Really itchy, it was good enough but for the price I'd rather have a lot of different brands

One of the best pre workouts I've ever taken. The energy it gives you is very steady and long with no crash at all. Most pre workouts give a huge jump like energy feeling but soon dies out...the super human gives you a pump of energy but just enough to keep you going for hours. Taste is great as well which is a bonus!

This is more of a thermogenic preworkout which is what I was looking for. I'm sweating a lot more with this stuff than any other product that I've noticed. I get a great amount of energy from the caffeine (maybe a little too much as I get slight headaches). I get great pumps and endurance to work out 2 hours. Burning close to 2k calories in my workouts with cardio.

Oct 2021 update..Really love it as a pre ordered a second time through Amazon as alpha moon doesn’t ship direct to singapore. The package arrived in horrible condition see pic!!—————great morning boost preworkout but dont believe in the Hype of massive pump
