Not gonna lie, it's amazing. First time using a bidet.

So, first of all - take your measurements. A bidet that doesn't fit is not helping you. That happened to a friend and I didn't measure either, I just assumed a toilet is a toilet. I was in luck however and it fit. Good water pressure, nice heat (and even with heat off the heated tank gives some heat). All in all a great product, I have no complaints whatsoever. Oh, and it comes with most things needed for a standard installation, I however needed to refit a new electrical cable to have it reach long enough for legal requirements in my country. That's also easy enough if you are handy enough to fit the seat from the beginning. 5 out of 5

When I connected everything the first time, the light was blinking and no matter what I tried the device was not working but I contacted the customer service and they really helped me with the issue. Now the device is working just fine. I am grateful for their help and happy with my purchase and I recommend this device as well!

Ich habe mir diese Bidetbrille nach langer Suche und Recherche zugelegt, da sie alles bietet, was ein edles Hinterteil braucht. Der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt, im Verhältniss zu anderen Produkten ist es ein absolutes Spitzenprodukt, das nahezu keine Wünsche offen läßt.Die Bedienung per Fernbedienung ist sehr komfortable, die Reinigung des Po's ist ohne Mängel, da entsprechende, individuell einstellbare Programme zur Verfügung stehen. Zu erwähnen ist vor allem die Warmwasserfunktion, die beheizbare Sitzfläche an kalten Tagen und die Selbstreinigungsfunktion der Düse. Die allgemeine Reinigung des ganzen Bidet ist ebenfalls sehr einfach, da es mit nur einem Knopfdruck demontiert werden kann, einmal richtig abwischen, wieder auf die Halterung schieben, fertig.Als ein Problem mit dem Bidet auftrat, habe ich den Service kontaktiert. Deser antwortete umgehend sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte "Avery" als Service Anstechpartner, sie hat mich bei allen Fragen und Problen professionell unterstützt, und wir sind dann gemeinsam zu einem für mich sehr guten Ergebnis gekommen. Parfait on a la possibilité ou pas de chauffer l’eau idem pour le siège.Esthétique matière de bonne qualité, la télécommande fonctionne parfaitement même à 2m de distance et sans regard avec le capteur.Le seul reproche le séchage est peu efficace la soufflante ne débite pas assez pour avoir un séchage rapide.Merci je recommande
