Hello, This aluminum channel is ok for outdoor working , but it can not make the LED strips waterproof . That's mean , you need to find a waterproof strips which can be mount on fasic/trim around your house . In additinal ,please make sure that the strips you use can fit in these channel ,it is 12mm width inside the channel . For the adapters ,do you mean power supply or? if for power supply for outdoor ,u also need waterproof one , if you mean for connectors for channel work in corner, yes ,we have ,please search "B0788CFWTV".

How easy would these be to bend into a circle? i am wanting to build my own dartboard led light, about 2' diameter.

These are made out of extruded aluminum. They are impossible to bend. If you applied enough pressure they would break before they would bend.
