It's a little short on the arm length reach but the snap link carabiners are oversized.

A bit short from hand to elbow. I'm 5' 10" & they were a bit short for me so probably not a good choice for taller guys. Sturdy though.

These are great for the gym
or your pullup bar at home. BUT, the carabiners are GIGANTIC!They are very heavy and bulky when I pack them for the guy. Have no idea why they are using these huge, metal clips.
