Gleyemor Polarized Square Aviator Sunglasses for Men Retro Military Tough Guy Style Shades

While serving in the USAF back in the 1970s, I was issued both Randolph Engineering and American Optical sunglasses. Other than the carrying cases, I couldn't detect a difference, if any. Both were outstanding in comfort and clarity! They were quite popular so once issued, the only way to get replacements were to buy them, which were very expensive or turn in a destroyed pair to supply. The 2nd option, they would reluctantly trade for a new pair, along with a three hour lecture on proper care. Fast forward five decades later, I'm still wearing and enjoying them. I've purchased several other inexpensive, yet comparable brands on Amazon and all are acceptable but... Gleymore brand, in my humble opinion, are the best. At times, the polarization "sometimes" creates a rainbow effect in peripheral vision but they all seem to do that under certain conditions. It's nothing to get excited over. Clarity is excellent! So is comfort. The bayonet temples allow for easy removal & installation while wearing headphones or helmets. As for style, they just don't get any better! Other than variations in mircospoic text on the inside of the temples, they appear identical to those issued to NASA astronauts (Apollo crews) and USAF aviators. I suspect other branches issued them as well but can't say as a fact. Shipping was super fast & well protected. Buy these while they are still available. You will be very happy with them.

Optics are very very clear and the overall quality is great. I have owned some very expensive military flight glasses. These are just about on par with those.

I have had several pares of these sunglasses by several manufacturers! Without a doubt the best ones I have ever owned! What you will get when they arrive is incredible! The packaging is incredible! They will be no doubt these people are proud of their product and they should be! I cannot recommend these enough! The look, the lens clarity, the construction are far better than than those costing substantially more! I highly recommend this product as well as the seller!

This is a cheap pair of throwaway glasses and since I lose them all the time that’s what I’m gonna do with them

Frames were bent and won't fit straight. I tried molding them a bit, they've never looked right. The style is cute, but the frames aren't great.
