I use this every day. It's wonderful.

Followed the instruction on the pamphlet and pressed the button once. The machine started making a buzzing sound from the ultrasonic action. I left the machine to do its business. 30 minutes later my wife ask why the machine was still buzzing. I went to check on the machine and it was still running and the water has become very hot. I took out my Invisalign retainer only to find that it was deformed due to the heat. The machine did not turn off so I had to unplug it to stop. After letting the machine cool down I try to see what happened and plugged it back in. It did not work and only gave me a flashing blue light. Will be returning this machine.

My dental specialist corrected a serious problem with my jaw, as part of the treatment she had me start using a nighttime jaw positioning device. It was always a a challenge to clean it as per the manufacturer instructions. This cleaner solves that problem by thoroughly cleaning my device, using only water and it does a great job! Well worth the cost.

I’ve had this for maybe a month. Today I had a meeting and left my trays in the device, expecting it to turn off after its cycle as it’s supposed to. Apparently, it decided to keep running and melted itself and shrank my trays. Not only did this compromise my ortho treatment but could have burnt my friggin house down. If I could make this zero stars I would, please be careful if you own this device.

Worked great for a month, then stopped working and the return window has closed. I will update this if the seller provides any customer service assistance to replace.

My wife had used this for a couple weeks to keep her mouth guard clean and one day we came home to find that the cleaner had shorted out and completely ruined her mouth guard. Do not get, spend some extra money and get a good cleaner.

It started out working well for the first month. Then it would turn on by its self. Now it just stop coming on. Of course the return window close and the product is no longer available. Bad buy.

This overheated and melted my retainers. Do not purchase this.
