Neck Pillow with Dried Lavender and Buckwheat Fill (Burgundy)

The smell is delightful and it's surprisingly well made and sturdy for the price! I just love that you can remove some of the filling to make the pillow a better fit under your neck!!! I removed some of my filling into a ziploc bag (in case I need it later) to make a comfort adjustment and it's just perfect now. My only reservation is when it may eventually need laundering, the filling is directly inside the cover (beware when you unzip, or it can get messy!) So I may need to empty the entire contents into another bag while washing the cover? Pretty great purchase, exactly what I wanted, and really nicely made for a cool comfortable night's sleep.

I have chronic neck and back pain (I'm only 30!) and I pull the left side of my neck just about every other month these days and it's extremely, extremely painful and debilitating. My massage therapist recommended I buy one of these to help keep my neck in the proper curved position while sleeping. I'm definitely a side sleeper, but when I lay on my back this is key to waking up with a painless neck, and especially key to a quick recovery when I've pulled my neck. That said, when I am sleeping on my side I always always hug this pillow and cannot sleep without it. It's the perfect size and sturdiness to support my arm and shoulder and makes side sleeping so much more comfortable. Then, I got married. At first my husband poked fun at my attachment to this pillow, then he slept with it, then we fought over it every night, and now he has his own. :) The lavender also adds an amazing touch.

I would have liked to have used this on my bed the the fabric is rough, like canvas, and not really washable. Plus the husks poke out through the fabric which isn’t comfortable.Also the lack of choices for color is a problem. …both of the above issues could be solved with a case btw (ideally made from natural fibers).Now we use it for under the knees on our Pillowsac.I reached out to the company asking about cases and they never responded- that was over a month ago.

Love the smell & shape. The buckwheat shells are not enclosed in an inner case; there was a small tear at the zipper & a bunch of buckwheat shells were on my bed. I put it in a separate small pillowcase, but I was bummed a tear happened so quickly. It is very filled with buckwheat shells so you might want to empty some out depending on the firmness you need.

Just a really nice pillow

Works perfect, had to take out some wheat to make it a neck pillow. Before I did that I used it as a lower back pillow and an under the knee pillow! Will buy two more for that purpose. It’s been a few weeks and lavender smell is still strong. Love it.
