Great product!!! Good for bloating all sorts!!

- Take 3 half hour before eating, take another 3 after eating- in total I take 6 for breakfast and 6 for dinnerWhat has it helped me with?- It stops me burping due to acid reflux- It stops me passing wind due to IBS- Stools are firm (but black), instead of looseIt doesn't work immediately, this happens on day 2 or 3, it needs time to get into your system.Great Product

Great product and does exactly as say. I do take 2 after each meal. Drink plenty water and does help with releasing those extra wind before being trapped. The price has now gone up since I last brought in September 2021. I do recommend this product as it has worked for me. At the time of this review I find H&B website has it cheaper. 100% recommend these Charcoal Tablets. Take as recommend. Blessings

These r genuine and probably the best ones on amazon to buy definitely work and price is reasonable compared to other brands

I use these in my morning smoothies. The capsules are easy to slide apart to release the power into chosen milk or alternative & one is perfect for starting the day cleanser. Actually find two really good for extra banana protein spirulina & x2 charcoal capsules in power for hangover morning.Also note great for when u can travel to keep if you get food poisoning, larger doses can be helpful for short periods of time to absorb toxins,

Taken as the dosage suggests and I have no reduction in bloating or pain. The consultant says there is nothing wrong inside so I am at a loss and will have to find something else. These were a last ditch attempt to sort things out.
