The cover is minimal, the embossed logo on the front is small and subtle. There is another logo inside which is more visible. The cover is thin but fairly sturdy. The outside is a nice dark grey and slightly rubbery. The colour is very similar to the marker plus. The inside is flocked and soft enough to protect the tablet. I’m not keen on the elastic pen holder at the top but it does not get in the way - the marker can still be attached to the tablet with the magnets as normal. The tablet is attached to the cover with strong magnets and does not fall off even with some gentle shaking. Very nice case, the only negative is the elastic pen holder which I do not use.

With a large outlay for the Remarkable2 and Marker Plus, I wanted to save some money on a folio cover - theirs look great, but are in my opinion rather expensive. This is exceptional value for money, looks good and gives me a feeling of confidence - the RM2 sticks via magnet to the folio, likewise the pen attached, as it should. I ordered the black cover and it gives me reassurance that when I put it in a laptop case or backpack the screen is protected. Good stuff.

This is exactly as advertised. No more, no less. So buy it if it suits your purpose.

It's lovely and slim, looks great and protects the tablet... and it is a lot cheaper than the official case. Update: I have had this for almost a year now and it looks just as good.

Besonders praktisch ist der Stifthalter, dieser verhindert das nervige Suche in der Tasche/Rucksack nach dem Stift und sorgt dafür, dass der Marker immer griffbereit ist. Der verwendete Gummi leiert auch nach einiger Zeit im Gebrauch nicht aus und funktioniert tadellos. Zudem bleibt das reMarkable 2 trotz der Hülle schlank und elegant. Top Qualität, durchdachtes Design und perfekte Funktionalität – eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

The holder is thinner and lighter than the original black leather one. It is plastic, so hopefully, it will last a while. The magnetic connectors to keep remarkable 2 are strong and hold the folded top cover to the back, which is very comfortable. A rubber loop helps carry the pencil, which is kept in place both magnetically and by this holder. This folder is a good choice if you are still going for Remarkable 2. Suggestion: I bought a 13.8-inch diameter (27x22 cm) Bookaroo light-fitted book sleeve, which was very tight for the remarkable 2 in the original folder with a pencil on the side. Now, it fits perfectly with the pencil on the top and fully covers both. It has almost zero additional weight, but it is very practical as protection for travel in a backpack or bag. Addendum: The surface of the cover is nice and " velvet-like, “ but it is very susceptible to fingerprints. Ultimately, one can clean it with a bit of gentle soap and water, but be aware of this.

Perfect simple covering and protection for the remarkable pad. Considering the official case costs $100 more you’re getting a supremely good deal for this good looking and robust alternative.

I love this folio! I got it for my Remarkable 2. It is super light, and can easily work on my remarkable without feeling its weight. I really like the feel of it too. Feels chic. However, just after a day of use, I noticed that it collects dust or dirt quickly and I have to constantly wipe it off. I am looking for a replacement, tho havent found yet, but meanwhile, it does the job and feels like air!

It's very slim, but the front and back are solid. Rear panel is magnetic, which is how the Remarkable stays inside, and there are still indentations for the tablet's feet to fit so that the entire metal rear of the device is flat against the case. Makes the Remarkable look even better in my opinion; simple but sleek. There's a loop for the stylus, but I don't use it because I don't take the tablet out of the house, and the side magnet (on the open side of the Remarkable) works effectively. Soft felt interior, smooth exterior–not slippy smooth; it provides a little bit of a grip to prevent sliding on a table when in use.
