Easy to swallow.

I bought before it changed the packaging. Have been using this for more than 1 year. Used to buy from Amazon USA, since I joined as Singapore prime member, shipment is free. Immediate effect after the first 2 month is that my nails are stronger. My wife no longer have split nails. Then after about another months, my hair is growing faster and now need to trim more often. My wife even shown me patches of new grown hair, she is reclaiming her hairline just a bit. I suppose it is doing what it claims by moving the calcium to the right place and removing calcium from my scalp . Hopefully from my blood vessel too. Not very scientific, but I don’t seem to have issue playing golf under the sun. In the past I had problem due to the glare. So it may help, the product is relatively cheap, now price increased, but I still think this is a good investment.

This is my story. Where do I start. I’m not diabetic but I was having some really bad nerve pain a year ago so I started taking a magnesium supplement a few months later which was a great discovery for me because it actually helped my pain. I was also having really bad arthritis pain and bone pain so I started taking this vitamin K2 supplement and it sent me in to 98% pain free heaven. I had had a mri, and X-Ray earlier this year that showed really bad arthritis. My bone density test four years ago showed severe loss of bone mass. I was at that time taking a calcium supplement that contained vitamin c, vitamin d3, vitamin K2 MK7, and boron, but for some reason it made my pain worse so I stopped taking it. I would start back taking it and the pain would wreaked so much havoc on my body that I could barely walk. I was spending so much time in bed because of the pain that it became debilitating. Continuous use of NSAIDs were not an option and suicide became a thought. So I started researching vitamin K2 and what was the best form of vitamin K2 after reading what vitamin K2 was good for. It stated that natto was the best. I was already eating so much sauerkraut that I felt like it was coming through the pores in my skin. So I did more research until I saw this supplement that it contained natto. I decided to give it a try and boy am I glad I did. I also want to mention that I take warfarin and it has not interfered with or affected my INR results at all. In fact my results seem to be better. The NP in my doctor’s office was skeptical about me taking it but I explained to her that it’s the vitamin K1 that deals with clotting which happens in the liver. Vitamin K2 deals with dispersing calcium where it should go which is in the bones and not the blood vessels which can cause atherosclerosis. She acted like she was actually surprised to hear that. I had a bone density study done three months ago and the results had greatly improved which to me proves that this supplement really works. I love that these softgels are small and easy to swallow. They don’t seem to have a taste to them but has the feel that they will melt if kept in a very warm environment. I thought the cost was a bit much since I’d never tried them before to see if they were any good. But I am happy that I did try them and feel that for how they have helped me the cost is worth it and I will definitely be buying them again. I started taking one a day but changed to taking 2 a day which seems to work better. And since vitamin K is a fat soluble vitamin I do take these with a meal. I don’t know if the natto makes it any less fat soluble but I feel these should still be taken with a meal that contains some fat. There’s a lot more to my journey and how it led me to seek my own safe way to pain relief. I hope this review will help others to find a safe, non prescription, and inexpensive way to help them in their pain relief journey. Prayer and this vitamin K2 supplement was definitely a godsend for me.
