Gets cold and is comfortable. The velcro wrap allows it to stay on right. Well made.

Bought this for a sprained knee after I got tired of using a bag of frozen cherries. Works great when fully frozen (~6 hours in freezer) and straps allow you secure ice pack in place and adjust level of compression as needed. More than satisfied with initial usage that I purchased the version for foot / ankle by same company (which also works great!).

I used this after my full knee replacement and it works great. It has a softer side for velcro and the colder side. It freezes good. It's large enough for my knee and definitely helps keep swelling down. I'd recommend it.

Covers the knee well and works as advertised - the only issue is that unless it strapped on extremely tight the cold isn't directly on the knee, and it tends to slide down. Those are minor issues - it generally forms to the knee and is far superior to any other form of ice pack.

Best knee ice pack for pre and post op surgery!! Tore my ACL and meniscus and this ice pack has helped so much with the swelling and just overall convenience. Comes with a softer side so you can put it on direct skin (which is what I do) and then you can flip it over for longer use once its warmed up a little more. This ice pack is great for walking around (if you can), laying down, etc. Not too heavy on the knee as well! Wish it came in different colors but thats all the complaints I can think of.

Just had a knee replacement this was the perfect ice pack. Will secure firmly enough to start walking and not fall off. Flexible enough to wrap around the knee.

This product is awesome so I bought a second a few days later.I bought for itis in both elbows from weight training. #HypertophyGainz - Both lateral and medial epicondylitis in both elbows. So glad I bought these.Good size, comfortable, and seem durable. Relatively good design, especially for the price.Only downside is there are no loops for the straps to go through to hold them in place which would make putting the pack on elbows much easier without the help of another person. Also it def does get cold enough for an effective 20-minute icing session, but if like me you want to do 20-On, 20-Off, 20-On you'll definitely need a second ice pack.
