Good product, keeps coffee hot a long time. Only complaint is the button to pour looks metal, but it is made of plastic.

Truck drivers here, so when we want/need coffee, we often times had to re-route just to grab one at truck stop. This carafe is not only a convenient size for the truck, but it keeps our tea and coffee hot (not warm, not tepid, but HOT!!) for HOURS (5-6). after we’ve filled it. Eventually it does get Luke warm and then turn cold, but we usually have it down the hatch by that time!!

I thought it was white with a black top but the top is dark brown. Other than that it's so far so good.

Best thermos-type of container I've ever had.I've only used it for cold water so far, but it kept my water nice and chilly on my recent 10 day trip in this hot summer heat.
