Very nice. It comes in 2 pieces and then you flip it onto the other side depending on your preference. We used it when we closed on our new home.

I really like using these signs when posting pictures of happy new buyers! They are cute and a good size. Good price and I recommend getting some.

The house is really cute. However, the key is a lot smaller than I thought it would be.

Made with cheap foam board stuff, for the price not bad at all. But came in just a packaging envelope so we're slightly banged up from transport. Still usable, but just saying that with transport just be warned of possible issues.

These signs were great for my real estate business. I use them at closing for pictures and then I give them in my closing gift bag to my clients on their closing day.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: So the first closing I took to, my clients liked it so much that they wanted it from me. I didn't have the guts to tell them no so now i'll have to buy another or two.

This product arrived bent (it’s made of that thicker 1/2 poster, 1/2 plastic material you’d find at the dollar store). The seller quickly resolved the issue, so I would recommend them but not the product.
