hello,this table top tv stand base fits for most 20-32 Inches TVs, however,please make sure the hole pitch on the back of TV between 75x75mm to 200x200mm, and check the 5th picture for some distances that should be satisfied to use this tv stand.

does this stand come with the bolts that are needed?

It does come with various sizes for various TVs, however, for my Samsung TV, it recommended that I use the bolts that came with the TV itself, not those included with the stand. There is also spacers (washers) that are critical in mounting correctly. I would not assume the included hardware will work, each application is different!
