What I really like is the Soundwear bluetooth app. It tests your hearing and will reprogram your aids to those test results if you like. It's a shame the seller doesn't push that fact,,,probably costing himself business. I can hear very well thru these hearing aids. I don't find them to be tinny or have feedback. If you use the right sized tip for your ears and place them in your ear as shown in instructions, no problem. The Soundwear hearing test, when done properly, should give you good clarity. I don't use for music so I will not judge for that. How long they will last I don't know. Batteries will go dead eventually, but that could be in a year, or two, or never. For the small pittance you pay for these you have everything a normal hearing aid will provide at a tenth of the cost. You can't go wrong.

I bought these for my husband who is VERY hard of hearing, but too vain to get hearing aid. I couldn't take the tv blasting. These work very well. He's not too tech savvy, so the phone app will take some getting used to.

Ordered these in October 2021. They worked great and paired no problem. After the last charge (June 2022), only one will pair at a time. Tried forgetting and repairing multiple times, tried the app, tried everything. It used to just show up as a single PX 403, now it shows up as two individual PX 403. Even if I try pairing both of those, only one will Bluetooth, but the hearing aid (background noise) will play through both. It says if there is any issues to contact the company at the site listed on the card in the box, well, I threw that away months ago, so I have no way to contact the manufacturer to solve the problem or submit for their 1 year warranty. Essentially, now it’s just a headphone instead of headphones… These were 5 star headphones up until the past few days, so it’s pretty disheartening.

I first used these and did not really follow the directions and was less than impressed with either the hearing portion or the music quality so I then decided to read the included instructions.I downloaded the app and then performed the hearing test and said I did not have hearing loss but I have a problem no hearing but understanding when background noise is present.Next I used the setup procedure for hearing aid and after setting up using the app the hearing aid portion does work to raise the volume of what you don't hear well and did not experience any weird noises and sound quality was good.Next the music and again just connected Bluetooth and played music and thought hohumm not too good.I then went into the app and used the music setting and that took me to a full range of EQ settings and it took some time but I can say they sound every bit as good as the App-le Pro. I am hearing all kinds of sounds not heard with my other ear buds and is clear with really good Bass. You must fiddle with settings and if you are patient it will pay off with really good sound.If you look at the pic with the EQ in the app this is the settings I used to get best sound for me.All In if you spend some time and follow the directions and if you don't you will not be happy!!!Hope this helps and thanks..

Worst attempt at a hearing aid that I've ever had.. Serious whistling, low battery life, app means nothing. Piece of trash.

They didn’t sit comfortable in my ear due to the big hump they have. Hard to adjust without Siri coming on. May work for someone else just didn’t work for me.
