Easy to use. Everything is fine, but It just wasn't loud enough. Even at full volume.

This baby monitor worked great for the first year. However, we recently passed the one year mark of using it, and it is quickly deteriorating. The mobile monitor piece used to connect to the camera from all over our house and even into our yard. Now, it loses the connection a few rooms away which is inconvenient when you are trying to do other things while the baby is sleeping. In addition, the battery is now failing. The mobile monitor piece will sit on the charger for hours or overnight and will only last a little over an hour before the battery symbol starts flashing and beeping.I am disappointed that this device has not lasted longer. Video monitors are expensive baby gear to repurchase.

We've had these cameras for about a year now. We purchased a full set (camera and monitor) for both of our kids bedrooms because it was cheaper than purchasing a second camera to add on at the time.What I like about these cameras:-The picture quality is great. Night vision and regular are clear.-Being able to move the camera is great. I just have to put something under the back side to tilt the camera a little more on the shelf to be able to view my son's crib as we do not want to mount to the wall at this time.-I like that it is not a wifi connection.Not quite a like / dislike: The connection is decent when I go outside but I can't go too far. Our house is a tri level; not a huge house by any means (under 1,500sq ft) but my kids are on the second and third floors. So I keep the monitors on full volume.What I don't like but doesn't make a huge difference in our purchase:-The antenna cap is removable exposing the antenna. Not a huge deal but my kids can get them off if they're left alone with it. We lost one cap. It did not impact the working of the camera. I just keep the monitors out of reach of my kids.-If two monitors are too close, they loose connection. If using two sets (vs. adding multiple cameras on one monitor) you just have to keep the monitors a few feet apart from eachother. Again, not a huge deal.Customer Service was wonderful (if you have registered for your lifetime warranty). We lost out antenna cap and our charger port was dammaged somehow. We had a new camera within a week which we are very grateful for.

Only problem is you can't add on monitors.

Update:6/21/23 - Customer Service promptly contacted me and resolved my issue. I still had the problems that I did but was offered a full refund. My hope is that the product I had was just defective. If they keep up this customer service, I would feel confident purchasing from them as they do stand behind their product and will make things right.Worked pretty good for 5 months. Had a decent range at the beginning but after 5 months it started saying that it was waiting for connection more and more often. Now it barely works from a bedroom away. Would not buy it. And the warranty and support are over. Goes to show they don’t stand by their product.

Let’s be real. This monitor will work like almost every other monitor you find. It works well between multiple floors, still works well outside, and there’s not many places around the house that you can go where you cannot find the signal. Eco-mode is great and alerts you when needed when the baby starts to cry. The only complaint is the light flashes somewhat bright at night to let you know that the monitor is on, since in eco-mode the monitor will mostly be silent with the screen off. While that never bothered me, my wife is sensitive to any and every moving, blinking, or noise making thing at night. A little bit of electrical tape over the light, and you’re good to go.But what you really want to know is how durable this thing is, because you know that you’re going to drop it. You’re going to put it under something and it’ll be crushed. You’re probably going to spill something on it. Or, maybe after you have had it for nine months, it is accidentally left on the bumper of your car. Then you drive off with the monitor, eventually slinging it into the street on a turn about half a mile from your home. It’s not until you come home from dinner that you realize you can’t find the monitor. It has to be somewhere, because there’s no way anyone left it on the bumper of the car, right? But then the next morning you decide to drive around a little bit and see if it just might be in the road. And then you find it! Sitting in the wet grass, having been there overnight, and not turning on. With fingers crossed, you get home and plug it in and hit the power button. And shockingly, it turns on! Now, the downside is you will never be able to “see” your baby in their room. But you can still hear them! And it still turns on when there’s any noise! So, in my book, that’s a winner winner, chicken dinner.Still works great. Have no intentions to replace it with a new one. Would probably use it again for another baby. Highly recommend. I was looking for a video monitor for the nursery we have for our granddaughter when she stays with us. This unit had a coupon and after reading the different details about it I decided I would make the purchase. The video quality is wonderful night vision works great and the fact that I can speak to her through the monitor is even better. It plays several different songs and allows you to move freely throughout your home completing tasks without disturbing your sleeping baby at work so wonderfully I bought one for my kids for their home.

We loved this monitor until it stopped working after 5 months of use. It won’t charge even with a different charger. Can’t seem to find any way to contact the company to try to get a replacement

At discounted price it is good.The responsiveness is instant, connects instantly.The picture quality is ok. Maybe 720p at a push.Battery life on the monitor seems less than stated.But audio is great. Easy to navigate etc
