Excellent product, works well for a used unit

It Has Good Features For Budget Item
The reason I got this was because my Kindle Fire finally tied itself in knots. It had been misbehaving for months without any real remedy. I decide that I'd spend a bit more and get a pucker tablet with a better OS and a full range of Apps etc. This isn't a top of the range item but it's great value for money and works well. From my point of view, coughing up hundreds of pounds for a tablet makes zero sense. All I needed was a cover and off I went. Worth noting that this takes normal headphones with a mini stereo jack socket. Picture and sound quality is good, storage adequate etc etc. Easy to set up. Can't complain.

For the price? Probably Unbeatable
I bought one for my technophobe mother (an octogenarian) and when I set it up I became more and more impressed. I am a happy i-phone user and have never seen the point in a tablet as you paid a lot but I tended to use my phone happily or my laptop - but for the price I paid I realized I would be daft not to get one as well. It's used for Youtube and some web browsing and yes my phone remains my primary - but blimey it's an effective tool. So no - I won't ever feel the need to get a very fancy tablet - between phone and laptop the gap is too slim, but at this price it really makes utter sense!

Good quality and performance.
Arrived swiftly, well packaged and we had it up and running in minutes. This device was for my daughter as a replacement for a very old Samsung S. I was concerned she may find this device a little slow in comparison but so far not at all and the batter life is a game changer for her too. A good buy and not sluggish at all. I would advise to buy an SD card to offload data too though as the inboard space is used up quite quickly...

Quality is fine but you have to look up on line via Google to learn how to get the best from it ( no instructions) If you make a mistake and lock yourself out and then try to contact Samsung, beware ! You can easily be caught as i very nearly was, when asking for advice . Samsung offer you “free” advice for a week for £1, if you accept and don’t notice you will find that you have accepted an automatic renewal at £39 per month until you cancel! ! Fortunately for me I noticed this but had to look for it, admittedly they did acknowledge cancellation immediately! This may be a common catch nowadays and un savvy users may have problems . The product however, is great, very easy to use and exactly what you would expect from Samsung.
