Are these comfortable for sleeping on your side?

Yes and no. I am able to wear them for an hour or so in bed on my side before I have to take them out because they hurt. I sometimes just leave one in but even then when I want to roll over I end up taking that one out too. They would be perfect if they had a silicone comfort cover that just went around the sides so the top touch area is still open. As for accidentally changing anything when lying on them it doesn’t happen with pillows or blankets, it has to be skin. So as long as your hand doesn’t accidentally touch them you are all set. I have tried many styles and these are the best for sleeping I’ve found so far. That little piece of silicone would make them perfect.

are these sponge tipped? Looking for something that will really fit in my tiny ear without falling out. Can you actually push it into your ear?

They have six different silicone tip sizes that fit over the buds, including very tiny ones. I have very small ear canals as well, and these are the only earbuds I’ve ever found that actually will fit my ears and stay in. For the first time, I actually hear a nice stereo sound!

Are the tip soft and squishy? I have issues with findingva size small enough so my ears do not hurt.
